CityReach is one of the best places to volunteer in Greater Vancouver! We have volunteer opportunities every day of the week, for a variety of ages and abilities. We invite you, your family, friends or team to serve the community at one of our programs or events this season.

Please note that all programs and events continue to follow the latest health and safety guidelines. Face masks are optional for volunteers. Gloves, aprons and other supplies are provided for all volunteers handling food items or providing food service.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

FOOD FOR FAMILIES

We are currently seeking teams, families and individuals
to join us FOR ONE SHIFT - OR AS A REGULAR VOLUNTEER!

Volunteer with one of Vancouver’s LARGEST fresh food bank
that provides nutritious food support to 1,000 families every week!
Duties include sorting food, packing hampers, distributing hampers, and clean-up.

MAIN LOCATION: 2650 SLOCAN, VANCOUVER
Tuesday 9:30AM - 1:30PM or 2:00PM - 6:00PM in Vancouver
Thursday 8:30AM - 12:30PM or 1:00PM - 5:00PM in Vancouver

2. Sign the forms that we will email to you once you complete your Better Impact profile
3. Sign up for your shifts! You can choose any open shift once you finish the onboarding process

Serve with us at our new Food For Families site in Surrey at Cedar Grove Church. This includes set up, distribution, and interacting with families.

ADOPT A SCHOOL
We are looking for volunteers to join us for one of our bi-weekly programs, or as an occasional volunteer for special projects, or school deliveries.
VANCOUVER, TRI-CITIES & SURREY: Weekdays during the daytime. Specific days and times vary.

CITYREACH BEES
Each year, we look for volunteers with basic bee-keeping experience to join our team!
VANCOUVER: One-hour commitment, every 10 days from April to October.
